This program is intended for use with participants of varying abilities aged 6 and older, including beginner level participants through to entry level competitive gymnasts. Each level consists of 4 badges for a total of 12 different coloured badges that participants receive upon successful completion of that badge. Within the Bronze level there is a focus on mastering fundamental movement patterns. *Alternatively, our equipment is very heavy, and there is a lot of it! It must be completely set up and torn down twice per week. This is a big job and we would like to offer a sizeable discount to a family or two who can commit to helping out and being *reliable and punctual. Please reach out via email for more information if this sounds like something you might be interested in!

  • Something comfortable for exercising! T-shirts and leggings or shorts are great! Nothing too loose, as gymnasts of all ages will be doing skills that require them to go upside down. Do not wear jeans, or any clothing with metal parts that may potentially scratch or rip equipment. No jewelry, stud earrings are an exception. Long hair must be tied back. BARE FEET is a must!

  • Please send a refillable water bottle with your child. Please do not send any food. We do not have time for snack breaks, and there is no FOOD or CHEWING GUM permitted inside the gym setup. Do not bring any valuables as we do not have lockers or changing rooms. Absolutely no phones will be permitted in the gym.

  • Unfortunately not. We do not have a viewing area set up. Skills on gymnastics apparatus’, like the balance beam for example, require the full attention and focus of each child. We aim to provide a fun and safe environment with minimal distraction with the intention of seeing each child progress and succeed!

  • When signing up for a session, we are hoping you are able to commit to attending for the full duration of the session. Because of our specific athlete to coach ratio, we do not allow fill in days or joining in a class you have not registered for. We do not offer refunds for classes missed.

  • All children are unique, each developing and learning on different timelines and this overlap is an opportunity to choose the class that you think your child would most enjoy and benefit from. We know there aren’t many activity options for our youngest community members, so this is a chance to either spend extra one on one time with them in an exciting atmosphere, or for them to learn some independence and participate in a semi-structured format. It’s totally up to you!

  • Consistency is key. It is beneficial to the child, the coach, and all other participants when the same parent or guardian accompanies each child each week.
